Hi there, I use a prepaid Visa card and I recently bought something with $125 but it was refunded to my account after the deal was cancelled. The money that was refunded is not in my balance when I check my prepaid Visa card balance nor is it in my Paypal balance! I’m really stressed out over this, please help!! Solved! Go to Solution.
