I just recently received a lump of money on my PayPal and someone had stolen my PayPal cash card so I canceled it and went to Walmart and bought a PayPal prepaid card. I’ve linked. It to it and it let me transfer 300 to it one time and now PayPal won’t let me send any of my friends money zoom won’t work can’t use it on Google pay or anything any help?
