I’ve been fighting for weeks to get an refund on items undelivered. PayPal automatically dismissed the claim after weeks of telling me to escalate. I’m out of $46.97 because some company in China claims they sent the items. What do I need to use this platform for if you’re allowing them to steal from Americans?
