Hello – can sb help ? I am buying an expensive item via ebay – Kleinanzeigen (German ebay website). I am based in Paris, the seller is in Vienna. Would it be possible to use paypal (the ammount is 3.600 â‚¬ ) so that I first receive and inspect the item and pay then ? For obvious reasons, I am unwilling to simply transfer the money because I fear fraud and that the item will never be sent. What solutions exist ? Thanks Alexander (Paris) Solved! Go to Solution.
