Bank not connecting

Description
Hello. I have a tsb under 19’s bank account and when i try to withdraw money from my paypal to my bank, it is declined. I went on paypal a few hours later and found my bank had been removed from paypal and when i tried to reconnect, the app said “funding source is currently marked as invalidâ€. I have no idea why or what to do.
