Unable to link my bank to Paypal

Description
I tried to add my Paytm Savings Bank Account to Paypal. Paypal sent a small amount of money to my bank for confirmation, however I didn’t receive it. I talked with Paytm customer care, they also said that they didn’t receive anything. Please help me. It’s urgent.
