i sell my clothes on an app called depop. they use paypal to purchase the items and you must have it connected in order to buy or sell something. a girl asked me to message her on instagram about an item i was selling and told me she needed a security code to authorise sending the money, i have never came across this but she sent me a screenshot which said that she needed a security code so paypal knew she was in contact with the seller. the next thing i know i cant log into my paypal so i immediately changed my password and when i checked my balance and on hold balance both said £0.00. my money from a previous customer was sent back to her and the girl who wanted the item isnt replying. what can i do to get the money back?
