Description

My bill contained information on the paypal extra rewards program to include my balance and an expiration date. The information also said the points could be linked to a credit or debit card for use. Not knowing how to do that, I searched help and discovered it is accomplished through the Wallet menu. I followed the directions. This happened two days ago. I cannot find any balance, any evidence that these points are linked to my Bank Master Card or for that matter any information about the program. Have spent over an hour talking to 4 different customer service agents that have no clue and only want to sign me up for a PayPal card. I can find no one who knows anything about the program, how to check a balance, or how to use the points. Does anyone know of the program or could point me in the right direction for information. thanks
