Payment on hold after 21 days

Description

After waiting the 21 working days for a payment to be released from hold it is still not. Why is this as I am not a seller, I sent an item for a friend at their request. They received it over 2 weeks ago by Fed Ex courier, and I put the tracking number on for Paypal to see that it had been delivered. How do I get this issue resolved please because it is getting a bit silly now? Solved! Go to Solution.
