Limited interest free options

I used to use the 12 month interest free option and can see some have been offered 18/24 month options so where have they gone? Only the 4 month option remains, which is obviously not as useful to many who want to make larger purchases. Iâ€™m just curious about why this ended without any information being sent to everyone, at least those whose accounts show they have used them in the past?
