money on hold even after succesful delivery

Buyer paid for the item. PayPal puts my money on hold. Apparently high risk transaction. Wow, for postage stamps worth 30 EUR? After establishing nice and long succesful sale history? Buyer received his item, but after 48 hrs my money is still on hold and nobody replies from PayPal. Why is like that? Anybody with similar experience?
