I tired to add a debit card to my new PayPal account. When I got to the verification step from my bank I got an error that verification is not available and I got unsuccessful attempt to add a card from PayPal. I tried to add it two more time , with no luck, to verify if the issues were temporary. However I received three emails that a new card has been added to my account, but nothing was showin in my Wallet page. Awhen I tried to do the same process again i received immediate error from PayPal that card has been rejected. I guess that error was fired after the card was added” three times. I need help with adding my debit card to the PayPal. Can this limit of adding card three times be reverted as the card is not actually added?”
