Are there any other members struggling to transfer the funds to their bank account in Japan? I have had this issue for nearly a week, the system has failed with two different bank accounts and the help desk has only advised to try sending the money again to a failed bank account. Apparently they are looking into the issue, but they do not know when it will be resolved and they haven’t made the issue public. All I’ve been told is to be patient as they are looking into the issue!
