I haven’t yet had my question understood by anyone. It was even escalated. Now I can’t view or reply to the message. I have asked that if I do not have a bank account if I lose the bonus they offered me because when I try to pay with paypal it demands a bank account or a card. I have been going back and forth about this and not a single person “understands,” despite saying they do. Of course I can’t “end conversation.” Now I can’t even reply to even TRY AGAIN to clarify. Again. I never imagined I’d suffer “support,” that was actually WORSE than Uber’s.
