Bonjour à tous, je suis toujours préoccupé par les récentes modifications apportées au service client de PayPal, et je serais reconnaissant de tout conseil sur la façon de procéder avec mon problème.

Une fois de plus, j’ai essayé de me connecter à ma page d compte et me suis heurté à un “Security Challenge” me demandant de sélectionner des cases avec des éléments spécifiques. Malgré le nombre de tentatives, je n’ai pas réussi à passer le test et il m’a fallu environ 30 essais avant d’être autorisé à accéder à mon compte. Je voulais donc contacter leur équipe pour résoudre ce problème.

Malheureusement, leurs heures d’ouverture avaient déjà fermé, et je n’avais plus d’autres choix que de utiliser leur infamante “Message Center”, qui ne permet que de poser un très petit nombre de questions spécifiques, ou default à me dire de leur téléphoner pendant les heures normales. J’ai déjà essayé de les appeler, et j’ai constaté que personne ne répond maintenant plus, car lesrobots automatisés prennent en charge les appels.

Impossible de résoudre un problème en utilisant un robot de support, car ils ne peuvent vous dire que ce à quoi vous devriez prêtter attention si tout fonctionne correctement. Malheureusement, PayPal a tellement décliné que presque rien ne fonctionne plus correctement. Leur site de compte est une erreur, leurs services souvent à faible qualité. Ils ne peuvent même pas mettre en place un “Security Challenge” fonctionnel sur leurs sites web.

PayPal est-il mort ou mourant?! Si quelqu’un peut expliquer comment contacter réellement leur équipe et ne pas être dirigé vers un robot, ce serait déjà ça. Merci d’avance.

Hello again, I’m still concerned about the recent changes to PayPal’s customer service, and I’d appreciate any advice on how to proceed with my problem.

Once again, I tried to log into my account page and was met with a “Security Challenge” asking me to select boxes with specific items. No matter how many times I got it right, I was repeatedly presented with more boxes to check. This continued for about 30 attempts before I was finally allowed to access my account. I wanted to contact them about this issue.

Unfortunately, their hours of operation had already closed, and I was left with only the option of using their useless “Message Center,” which only allows a very limited number of specific questions, or defaults to telling you to call them during normal hours. I’ve already tried calling them, and found that nobody answers anymore – automated robots take over the calls.

You can’t get anything done with a support robot, as it can only offer guidance if everything is working correctly. Sadly, PayPal has declined so much that almost nothing works correctly anymore. Their account site is trash, and their services are often poor quality. They can’t even implement a functional “Security Challenge” on their websites.

Is PayPal dead or dying?! If anyone can explain how to get in touch with their team and avoid robots, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
