I cannot withdraw my money from my balance. First, the plataform ask me to accept the money, offers me many options, I choose the add my debit card to receive the money, then ask me for the information about my debit card, then ask me for personal information, when I fill the information, ask me for the SSD number or ITIN number. I don’t have those documents because I live in Bogota-Colombia, my bank account is from Colombia, so, I could not withdraw my money, I have other paypal account a Colombian paypal account to transfer that money to that account, but I don’t know how I do it! please someone can help me to resolve that problem, I need that money!
