I can’t add my card to my new account because it thinks it’s still linked to my closed one.

Description

I had an account that had my card linked to it, and I ended up having to close that one. I made sure to remove the card from the account before closing it. Now, when I try to add that card to my new account it doesn’t let me, because it says that there is already an account with that card, even though I unlinked it and the account doesn’t exist.
