Can’t transfer my money

Whenever I try to transfer my money into my bank account I get an error message that says something went wrong on Paypals end to try again in a few minutes. This is the first time I’ve sold an item on paypal. My money has been sitting in my account since January 8th and I can’t get it. What’s going on?
