Description

Hello, I am having trouble linking my new VISA Pre-paid card with my existing account. I have removed the old card, entered all the relevant data for the new card (which I will state is ACTIVE) and when PayPal tries to contact VISA to confirm information, I get the following error: I don’t know what is going on, but I’ve been trying to link it for the past THREE days already and I need my PayPal back A.S.A.P. None of the information I entered was wrong, it’s just that PayPal doesn’t want to link it and it is driving me mad crazy. Any help would be much appreciated and the problem resolved.
