2 FedEx tracking numbers for 1 item Money on hold

I sold an item last week and the payment was put on hold. The item was paid for, shipped and delivered. But there is an odd thing about the Pending payment info. It shows 2 Fedex tracking numbers. The one that is valid has been delivered. What is the other one and is it going to be a problem getting my payment released? Thank you
