Hello! I need help! (Your account access is permanently limited)

Hi community! I’m trying to phone customer service representative of paypal over phone and yet I can’t go through and it just cost me a couple of bucks reaching US call that is very expensive for me that is currently situated in the Philippines hence I’m opening a thread here in Paypal community for someone that can help me with my concerns! Few days ago Paypal emailed me that my account will be under hold for 180days or 6mos due to violating Paypal policies such as my account was created UNDERAGE. I’m confused, because I’m already 59! Also, that I was assumed by Paypal that I’m a person from a different country (not in the Philippines, in a country where Paypal doesn’t do business) impersonating someone elsewhere to do business with Paypal. This is very frustrating, I even provided all the papers and documents Paypal asked me to give and apparently after all of those my account became limited! Paypal is so hard to reach and I’m open to contest whatever accusation to WHY on earthly reason I became limited without due process? I’m trying to contact HELP SUPPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT yet I’m always redirected with a message… (see the following text below) — You can no longer use PayPal At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services. Any bank or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive payments. Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds. I’m open with paypal in providing any document but their reason of limiting my account was because I’m UNDERAGE and I don’t know WHY.
