Account limited, Money on hold URGENT HELP!!!

Description

I did a freelance service and receive this payment lump sum, but after that my money was stuck like this. I am unable to provide a proof of goods since it is a service and the money is urgent to be paid to other team members. Before sending the amount, i have contacted PayPal that my accounts will be receiving such and such, paying such and such and they said it will be unlimited after bank and personal details verification. But now the money is on hold during the tight payment date! Please help me on how can I get PayPal’s assistance ASAP. How can an international company work only during US hours?
