Description
Hi, someone asked me to buy a pair of shoes on their behalf but they sent me money as if paying invoice. PayPal sent me email that I have received money deducted the fees ( which should be refunded ) but my money has not been credited to my account. My email address is confirmed as I have received a credit from a friend last week only. So my account t is active. What could be the issue for stopping the credit.
