I haven’t received a payment yet

Hi, 2 days ago i I received a payment from a guy of 250€, i’m in italy and he is in Canada. He did the payment in front of me(we was sharing his screen) but i haven’t received the payment yet, i did a screen of that and the email is correct but still don’t get the money. You can see it in the screen.
