Fraudulent Paypal charge that shows up on my bank account but not my Paypal

So I’m not sure where to go with this. Recently I noticed a charge on my bank account made on eBay through Paypal for something I never bought. I have no receipt for nor memory of purchasing this item, and I keep all my emails from eBay to keep track of the charges. It’s further suspicious to me that it does not show up on my Paypal or my eBay, but it for some reason cleared on my bank account. It shows the same seller from the last item I just bought, but the ACTUAL charge for that item is still pending. I don’t quite know where to go and I don’t know why this doesn’t show up on my account. I’m hoping at the very least this clears up in a few days.
