Description

Hi I paid for flights via my PayPal account in December. PayPal took the money via direct debit from my bank account. The airline has gone into administration. Despite various attempts to acquire a refund from either PayPal or my bank I have not been able to secure reimbursement. Is anyone able to tell me the correct procedure via the Resolution Centre? Thank you
