Hi all I am unfortunately in a position where I’m in a Debt Management Plan, and PayPal Credit is one of the accounts I am unfortunately having to pay through a company called StepChange. I sent StepChange x amount of money a month, with y amount of that going to PayPal credit. They sent my first payment with my PayPal account number to PayPal on the 13th March. My statement for the 24th Feb – 23rd March does not show any payments, and a month later, still nothing on my account. StepChange have showed me that the payment was sent. What do I do here? My account is still overdue with PayPal Credit, and they have made it so I cannot use PayPal at all on that account too and told me to make a new one (thats a separate issue, I made the affected account before I was 18) – so I did, but now this issue with a negative balance on PayPal Credit is affecting the new account I made and they’ve placed a limitation on that too. Can anyone with similar experiences help, or at least anyone with knowledge?
