As part of our agreement my buyer sent an extra sum of money so that I could buy a Google Play card as part of the birthday gift. I have an email verifying the sun however I canâ€™t buy the gift card until I have the payment because I donâ€™t have the funds in my activity like the email said and wonâ€™t be able to receive them until I email proof of purchase of both the card and receipt. Itâ€™s not a scam is it? I mean the mail came directly from paypal
