Just registered a PayPal account the end of March, for the safery just linked a prepaid gift visa card. Didn’t transfer any funds, the balance of the card down to zero right away. Any one has the same situation? I tried contacting the customer service, they insisted no transaction history, they can do nothing. Of course, I haven’t made any transfer yet. I checked the transaction detail of the gift card, it’s just automatically been charged by PayPal. Solved! Go to Solution.
