PENDING INVOICE

Description

This is my first invoice, it says it is pending. When I tried to accept it said I needed to verify and could verify by adding a payment option to my account. When I have one on my PayPal which is connected to PayPal business. It doesn’t make sense. When I click to add a payment option it says it can’t bring up the page. Help????
