I am not able to link my Bank Account: Please Guide

I had tried to link my bank account to my PayPal account. But every time it says We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.” I have also deleted my previous account which was linking with the same bank account. But still saying the above message. I have followed the all the guidelines. Please help me. Note: The previous account has already been deleted and also the bank account has been removed. “
