Unable to add funds. Paypal website just hangs.

Description
When I try to add funds to my paypal account from my bank, all goes well until I click the confirmation review button. It looks as if it’s going to proceed, but the website just hangs. I don’t have a smartphone; all done through my pc. I’ve cleared history, cache,etc. And I’ve tried from different browsers: chrome. foxfire, microsoft. Still no luck. Any suggestions?
