Recently, I used the website Studocu which uses PayPal as a payment method to pay anyone who uploads study material (notes, summaries, past exams). I uploaded some documents, got an offer and accepted it, but they couldn’t complete the payment. They got the following error message: I am a student from Macedonia who lives and studies in Sweden and I have a Swedish bank account (Sweden is a country where you can both send and receive payments via PayPal). I have a personal account on PayPal. I read similar posts on this topic, but nothing was helpful. Can anyone help me with this issue? Solved! Go to Solution.
