anyone been charged a fee for a standard transaction to their bank and then with messaging get through only to be told (by a computer generated standard response that doesn’t apply) they don’t charge for standard transfers so it must be my bank that charged the fee? It wasn’t my bank, the bank statement clearly shows it’s a paypal generated fee and confirmed with a call to bank. Then not able to respond to wrong paypal response because messaging not available” and subsequent attempts get the same “messaging not available”. Then with attempt through resolution portal get “something has happened on our end” so also can’t contact paypal this way? Is there no way to actually contact and receive a back and forth correspondence with paypal so they can just rip us off and we have no recourse?”
