Refunds to Paypal Credit

Hello everyone, I made a purchase for £114.39 on September 2nd using Paypal Credit. The purchase was refunded the day after and it shows as REFUNDED on my Paypal Activity and on the Paypal Credit statement. All good it seems… except my Paypal Credit balance never went back to zero, and this transaction is still showing among the Promotional offers” I need to pay off in 4 months to have 0% interest! How can this be if it’s been refunded?? Could someone shed some light on this please?”
