Bonjour, je suis Marocain et j’habite au Maroc, mais en ce moment j’étudie en Turquie. J’ai une connexion internet et je veux acheter un produit sur eBay. Mais le problème c’est que je suis régulièrement empêché d’effectuer des transactions sur cette plateforme. Je m’inscris, je me connecte, et pourtant la transaction ne passe pas. D’où provient ce problème ?
