PP credit balance not reflected on merchant’s checkout page

I want to pay the merchant using my PP credit balance but it’s not showing on the checkout page. I have already made PP balance (and the primary currency) my preferred mode of payment but it is still not reflecting in the merchant’s checkout page. Help please.
