Is this normal procedure that I call from Canada and the customer service need to end the phone call and call me back to a number from Dublin, Ireland. In order to keep helping me with my simple request ? Because I personally don’t trust the fact that they are unable to fulfil my request on the official Paypal phone number for customer phone assistance. Just let me know if it’s normal procedure or not.
