PayPal Money wont transfer

Yesterday I received money from my friend. When I try to accept the money and put it on my bank card I keep getting the Denied – Instant transfer using Card”. Nothing is wrong with the card on file. Is it because she is in Canada and I need to change it to USD before I transfer it? If so I have tried looking up solutions to change the currency and haven’t found any luck.. Can someone please help me and tell me what is going on?”
