My first call to a Paypal rep suggested that I try a different browser. When using the second browser at least it got to PayPal but this time the error message said that my sign-in info did not match. Since I knew that the email address was correct the problem had to be with the password. So I clicked the forgot password link and changed my password. Holy smokes it worked! I got in and made my donation. Now on to another candidate. That was it! Dead in my tracks! Same error message Paypal is not responding”! Now I have 2 browsers which won’t allow me to donate! Cannot get past the “Paypal not responding” error message. Next Paypal rep suggests waiting till tomorrow! As I told her this has been a problem for me for at least a week now! One more day isn’t going to help! So I tried re-booting my computer…no luck! I hope somebody out there can help because Paypal surely cannot!”
