Hello, I am new to this community. I sold an item on eBay and it was for pick up. The buyer paid on the day but Paypal is holding the money saying it is their protocal. eBay confirmed that the pick was done through their QR system but Paypal will not release the money, insisting I have to provide the tracking number which is impossible. Reading other people’s post, look like Paypal will hold the money for 21 days. So my question is, Will Paypal pay me without anymore delay if I wait 21days? If anyone has got same experience, please let me know. Thank you for your help in advance. x
