### **PayPal Credit Paid for Holiday Got Cancelled**

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to share a concerning situation I recently encountered and seek some advice from the community here.

Last week, after consulting with a travel agent, we decided to book a holiday with a well-known travel company using PayPal Credit. Everything seemed to go smoothly until the travel agent had to cancel our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. Naturally, this news was disappointing, but we were assured that we would receive a refund via PayPal.

A few days later, we received an email informing us that our refund was in process and would be issued on March 17th. As of today, however, no refund has arrived in our PayPal account, leaving us bewildered and a bit worried.

Given that it’s now past the expected refund date, I’m considering the next steps. Should I proceed with a dispute resolution through PayPal? Or is there another, perhaps more effective, approach I should take first? This is the first time I’ve been in this position, so any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
