Description

My problem is a strange one; I sold an iPhone on Ebay, the customer asked me to request money from their PayPal. They never completed it, but instead sent me the money via paypal and I got an email from: saying my money has been sent. It isn’t available in my account. The buyer then tells me ( along with a confirmation from the same PayPal email ) that they have sent me the wrong amount of money and I have to issue a refund BEFORE all the money is available for me. Any help? Is the email fake? Did I send the phone off and have been scammed?
