Payment on my website says its being held but not showing on PayPal

Hey, I’m hoping someone can help me. I set up my business website last week and opened a new business PayPal account to go with it. Some payments were made through PayPal however they are not showing on my PayPal at all! not even as pending – does anyone know how to claim these payments? thank you
