Description

I tried calling customer service but only getting automated system, no matter what time I call. I got approved for a Pay in 4 loan and now I am regretting it! I was charged twice yesterday for first loan payment, one payment got reversed automatically, now to have another payment withdrawn from bank. That’s two payments and it appears on loan schedule that I still owe 3 payments. Has this happened to anyone?? If so, was it resolved?? How did you get it resolved?? Any information is appreciated please. Thank you
