Hello I have ordered something from Autodoc on 02.03.20. They gave me two tracking numbers. One of them arrived two weeks later, the other one don’t so I called them on 03.04.20. The gave GLS phone number to call and chase my parcel, they said they never had it(even though theirsystem shows its in final deliverycentre), so I called Autodoc back and they opened investigation saying it will take 1 or 2 days. I’ve called them today 08.04.20 after no response back and they said it take usually 1 or 2 weeks in the beginning of conversation and then finish the conversation that it could take few weeks to answer back. So what shall I do?
