I have a question and I’ve heard mixed opinions on it. So, I am a new user but I don’t have a bank account nor a debit/credit card. I use a kiosk for my online purchases, but the problem is that kiosks aren’t available on many sites, so I created a paypal account today and I was wondering if I can use paypal on let’s say blizzard, without a credit/debit card or a bank account. I will add money to my account via the kiosk because paypal is available as an option there.
