Hello Paypal fellas, I’ve had a mistake on refund someone’s money (a customer) and there’s an outstanding amount of 14.83 USD in my account. Now I received a 150 USD and my account doesn’t allow me to withdraw it. How can I ask Paypal to take the outstanding amount from the available money and let me withdraw the rest of the money?
