## My PayPal App: Troubleshooting a Blank Login & Security Page

Hey everyone,

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with the PayPal app on my Samsung Galaxy S8. After updating to the latest version from the Google Play Store, I noticed the login and security page was completely blank and wouldn’t load properly.

Here’s what happened:

1. I downloaded the latest version of PayPal.
2. I went into the app’s settings to access the login and security page.
3. When I clicked on the link, the page opened, but instead of the expected settings list, I was greeted by a blank screen.

**Finding a Solution**

As often happens, the culprit was a glitch in the new app update. Unfortunately, the only solution I found was to completely reinstall PayPal from the Google Play Store.

3. I clicked on the app and re-downloaded it.
