Struggling to Confirm My N26 Bank Account: A Two-Week Dilemma

Hello, N26 Community and anyone else who’s encountered this issue! As someone who’s been quite anxious in the past couple of weeks, I thought I would share my experience and see if there are any tips or solutions from others who may have found themselves in a similar situation.

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to confirm my N26 bank account now for nearly two weeks straight. One would assume that the process of confirming an account with a reputable financial institution like N26 would be straightforward. However, it seems that isn’t always the case.

I’ve followed every step suggested by N26 to the letter. I requested the confirmation code more times than I can count, yet I haven’t received the code that would let me finalize my account setup. My inbox is clean, and my text messages show no sign of the eagerly awaited code.

I’ve tried contacting customer service, and they’ve been friendly and helpful in providing support, but so far, the issue persists. They suggested resolving some technical hitches, but none of the solutions provided have had an effect.
